Vietnam Airlines will provide passengers three fights a week every Monday, Thursday and Sunday, using 184-seat Airbus 321 planes.

Vietnam Airlines is the first airline to launch a direct air route linking Ho Chi Minh City and Beijing.

On the occasion, Vietnam Airlines is offering a discount fare of VND 5,830,000 (approximately US$300) not including duty and other charges for a return ticket issued from November 20 to December 31 for travel between December 31, 2010 and January 31, 2011.
