The Sofitel does not charge children under 12 years of age if they are staying in a room occupied by parents and using the existing bedding. This is limited to one child per family, however, and additional fees will be charged should parents require a rollaway bed or cot.
For children 3 years and below, breakfast is complimentary. For children between the ages of 3 and 12 breakfast is charged but at a special children’s rate, while those above 12 years of age are charged the same rate as an adult.

- Brasseries Westlake: Located on the ground floor lobby, it is an all-day dining venue with maximum capacity of 100 people, serving international buffet as well as a la carte oriental and Western cuisine. Opening hours between 6.00 am to 10.30pm
- Song Hong Bar: Located on the main lobby area, it is relaxing rendezvous place to unwind after work and can accommodate up to 66 people sitting capacity. Opening hours between 7.30am to 12 midnight
- Ming Palace Restaurant: Located on Level 2, it is a find dining place for people who wish to enjoy Cantonese and Vietnamese cuisine. Dim-Sum speciality is served during lunch. It has 4 private rooms and can sit up to 20 persons in each room. Maximum capacity is 155 people. Opening hours between 10.30am to 2.30pm and 4.30pm to 10.30pm
- Le Panorama: Located on Level 19, it offering an excellent venue for exclusive functions and private occasions. Maximum capacity is 150 people.

- The Wave Club: Located on the Mezzanine Level, it offering an entertainment place for karaoke singing and dancing the night away. It can take up to 150 people for exclusive function. Opening hours between 5.00pm to 2.00am
- Theme parties: Prestigious dinners can be held in the Le Panorama, Level 19 with maximum capacity of 150 people or in the Plaza Ballroom, Level 2 for maximum of 350 people. Full details and prices are on request.
